Let's Talk About Headbands!

Hi Dolls!

I feel like I haven’t done a written blog in such as long time, I think I forgot how to do it. Okay here I go….think thoughts and write them down. Phew! That was easy.

Today I wanted to share with you all one of the biggest trends this year, headbands. I’ve been rocking headbands since I was a little girl with a jheri curl (thanks Mom!). And when Gossip Girl came out, I went crazy! My mom and I ran to Nordstrom and purchased as many as we could. However as I aged, wearing headbands with bows just didn’t do it for me anymore. So I actually threw most of them away (sorry Mom!). I’ve purchase them here and there, but until recently had only three or four in my collection.

Ladies and Gentleman… please make room for Ms. Lele Sadoughi. OMGeee I began seeing her earrings and headbands all over the place. And my ass thought, why don’t I purchase one of her headbands. Sweet Jebus, I went to her website and saw the price tag for her accessories and damn near passed out on my laptop. I have a feeling a lot of people thought the same way I did, because copycats began popping up everywhere. Then a few weeks ago, Zara (one of my favorite go to fashion joints) began selling beautiful headbands.

I wanted to share with you guys some of the headbands that I have found/purchased and what I will be rocking this fall. The cool bit is, they are all really affordable. The six headbands featured in my cover photo, I found on Amazon for $13.99. Not a piece, but for all six! They are great quality for the price and they had more colors. I most definitely will be making another purchase.

Below I have link all my favorite headbands from different retailers, beginning with Amazon. Clicking on individual pictures will open a link to where you can buy these items.

The next retailer I want to highlight is Zara. The brand is really stepping there fashion game up….and the price. This year they have put out a lot of amazing accessories, including headbands.

The last retailer I want to highlight is ASOS. I am not an avid ASOS shopper because sizing can sometimes be crazy. However, I have been feeling their headband game lately!

I hope this headband guide helps you all. There are so many options out there for affordable prices. Having a collection of hair accessories is always a must for me because my hair can be crazy some days (ask my hairstylist). Throwing on a headband or pony tail can quickly turn my hair frown upside down.

I hope this little guide helps you. Now go forth and shop!

xoxo
