It’s no secret that I love fashion, and that’s why Cruella De Vil is my favorite villain. I mean, killing puppies is wrong and I wouldn’t do it for anything…but I commend her persistence!?! I saw this vintage vest on eBay for $14 and I had to get. I mean, it’s covered in puppies…so I guess it’s Cruella’s dream? She should have just gotten a vest like me! Anywho, I paired it with this Dalmatian skirt and red beret I got from Amazon. I think this look is tre puppy chic!
