Nightmare Before Dinner! Featuring Jack Skellingtin Olive Ricotta Tarts, Braised Short Ribs & Black and White Pasta with Squash and Kale

In continuation of my Halloween 2022 costume reveal, my husband and I decided to have a NBC themed dinner! I made the olive tarts using a recipe I found here, by Snixy Kitchen. The tarts were super easy to make, don’t let the design scare you away. My husband made the pasta and braised short ribs. Russell is a chef so he develop the recipe for the short ribs on his own. However, you can find the stripped black and white pasta at Cost Plus World Market. Additionally, I purchased these fabulous placemats from HomeGoods in August and have been dying to use them.

We absolutely love how everything came out and it all tasted delicious!
