Damn Good Dawg!

Happy Wednesday and Welcome to Post #2 for UGA Homecoming Week!

While I was running around campus, I was able to explore the new Terry College of Business buildings! If you haven’t read my last post, one of my degrees is in Marketing from Terry College. Back in 2011, there were maybe four buildings designated for the business school, and now there’s practically a whole campus. The buildings themselves are gorgeous, and I definitely had to run around them. Although most of the campus hasn’t changed, this area reminded me of Jack Skellington first discovering ChristmasTown. Everywhere I went, I kept saying, “What’s this? What’s this?”

But now, let’s talk about the fashion!

So I think the hardest part (for me) of team/university style is the sweatshirt. Besides the t-shirt, it is the go to merchandise. Whenever anyone visits any place really, they either grab a t-shirt, a sweatshirt or a mug/magnet (but you can’t really wear those). And I guess, I’m no different. However, I really don’t like throwing on a sweatshirt and jeans or leggings when I go out…it’s my personal preference (and I didn't even do it in college. So I always try to style mine in a really fun. For this look, I paired my favorite UGA sweatshirt with a J Crew black & white turtleneck, J Crew polka dot pants and my Gucci Princetown loafers (a staple in my closet). To add even more spirit, I added my Georgia Bulldog earrings!

Unfortunately I can’t link what I’m wearing because I have owned these pieces for years. I will say, have fun with sweatshirts/t-shirts. Don’t be afraid to dress this up, they don’t have to be casual.
