Colony on Worth

“Hop in Loser…We’re Going to Palm Beach!”

After we ran our runDisney Princess 10K, I knew that we needed a place to rest and relax after all the Disney excitement. The first time my husband and I went to Palm Beach was April 2021. I instantly fell in love. Besides the gorgeous beaches, any place where a side of macaroni and cheese cost $20…is my kinda place aka a little too much.

Last time we came down, we stayed across the water in West Palm Beach. This time, my husband and I decided to stay on the island. Since 2021, I wanted to stay at the Colony Hotel and this time we bit the bullet. Was it expensive? Hell yeah! Did I love it? Hell yeah! Would I stay there again? Yes, but only at a cheaper rate. My husband and I only stayed for two days, but it was great. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I love that it is literally by everything and you can walk almost any place. We mostly hung by the pool and strolled around Worth Avenue. No shopping this time, but hopefully one day I can go on a spending spree. We also had dinner at our go to restaurant on the island, Cafe Boulud. The food is delicious and the patio is beautiful!

I saw this adorable LoveShackFancy bathing suit in January, and immediately ordered. And, I thought it would match perfectly with my Stoney Clover x Lele Sadoughi headband!

Frances Valentine is a brand I recently found, and I love it. The brand was founded by Elyce Arons and the late Kate Spade. I love Kate Spade, and when I found out that she created it all made sense. The bright colors and details and fun spins on classic pieces, it definitely has her trademark. To hang on Worth Avenue, I chose the Goldie Tunic Dress in this bright pink colors (comes in three colors). This dress was great because I wore it out shopping and over a bathing suit, it can be dressed up or down….AND IT HAS POCKETS!!!

The last outfit I am sharing from Palm Beach belongs to FARM Rio. I wanted a cute dress to wear for dinner and the brand FARM Rio popped up. Truth be told, I’d never heard of it. But honest to God, I am in love with this brand now. I have a dress in the mail as I write this. The dress I got to wear in Palm Beach is a work of art. The beaded details on the bust….speechless. And, I got this dress on sale for $130. Unfortunately it’s no longer available but this brand has so many great pieces.
